Casey Early-Krueger
Casey grew up outside Green Bay, WI surrounded by the art of this father, Tom Krueger and his many artist friends. From an early age on frequent outings into nature with his mother Karen Early, Casey began filling his arms and pockets with the sticks and stones he found to be so interesting. Casey never outgrew this process of appreciation and collection.
After graduation from UWGB in 2008, Casey moved to the Himalayan Institute outside Honesdale, PA, a yoga ashram where he thoroughly immersed in the spiritual realm of self-study through the lens and practice of yoga while he worked in the audio-visual department. Those 3.5 years were transformational, the layers of study and expression lead him to new methods of artistic creative process execution with balance within a system becoming his key focus. Exploring methods of living with this world with a compassionate stewardship of a balanced ecosystem lead Casey to attend and graduate from the Academy of Architecture at Earthship Biotechture in Taos, NM.
In 2016 Casey was drawn back to vast the greenery, freshwater, family ties, and the solid four seasons of Green Bay. Since then he as worked in food service, briefly taught yoga classes, worked as a resident artist and furniture builder in reclaimed lumber with Beam & Board, been a voiceover artist, handyman renovator, and helped deliver ice carvings, all while working with others to create many public art installations and event experiences throughout the Fox Valley for groups like: On Broadway Inc., Downtown Green Bay Inc., the Fab Collab, UnHinged, and S.A.G.E.
Casey is married and living in Hortonville, WI where he has been developing his studio to showcase the many artistic modalities and studies he draws upon, finding continued growth, curiosity, and exploration of creative expression.
